SCOTT JOHNSON is our Senior Architect. With over 35 years' experience he has extensive knowledge and expertise when it comes to designing and constructing buildings, homes and/or any property. Scott received his Architectural Degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida. He also studied in the Masters Program at the University of Colorado. He has experience across numerous industries including the design and construction of senior facilities.
Scott is respected worldwide for his designs and versatility. He is uniquely skilled in the industry with the ability to draw and design creative projects for clients as well as understand the process to build from the ground up. As a world renowned Designer, he is sort after by clients in the United States and around the world.
PHILLIP HERRINGTON, AIA has over thirty-eight years of architectural practice experience in a wide variety of project types including office, civic, multi-family residential and commercial interiors projects. He started Herrington Architecture in Myrtle Beach in 1995 specializing in civic, commercial office and residential design projects. Honors and awards include distinguished service award from the South Carolina American Institute of Architects Grand Strand Section, a Housing and Urban Development award for the reuse of a historic building, and merit award for design of the Myrtle Beach Police Department Annex Training Facility. Phillip also served a thirteen-year term as planning commissioner on the Myrtle Beach Planning Commission. He holds active Architectural registrations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida and is an NCARB certificate holder.

FABIAN G. BOGLE has a very strong background in Art and Architecture Design. He won his first American Institute of Architects (AIA) award at the Junior level at the age of thirteen. Fabian went out to win other Art and Junior-level awards in his Middle School and High School years. He has always loved the idea of working with Architects and studying architecture at an advanced level. After completing High School years, he enrolled in the Architecture Program at his local Community College where he developed his skills in AutoCAD and Design skills for his design disciplines. After completing his two-year degree, he enrolled in Florida Atlantic University (FAU) to complete his studies of the Architecture program.
While attending FAU he started working in his first Architecture Firm as an AutoCAD Draftsman in which he developed a strong knowledge of the process of drawing and designing using the computer. These early lessons of teaching and development of the fundamental details and standards and process of the Architecture field were developed in these early years. Fabian has also had the opportunity to work for major builders such as D. R. Horton Homes, Office Depot, and B Developments in which he learned the skills to design and develop communities and high-rise buildings.
Fabian has always been a very driven person who focuses on solving problems on behalf of the Nucleus Design Group Firm and its Clients. His ability to run a production team and projects in a timely and professional manner shows why he is an important part of our Firm. When Fabian is not busy he likes to go flying and fishing to relax and clear his mind, but he always stays true to his real passion for Architecture and Real Estate Development.
