SCOTT JOHNSON is our Senior Architect, With over 35 years' experience he has extensive knowledge and expertise when it comes to designing and constructing buildings, homes and/or any property. Scott received his Architectural Degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida. He also has a master's degree in architecture from University of Colorado. He has experience across numerous industries including the design and construction of senior facilities. Scott is respected worldwide for his designs and versatility.

PHILLIP HERRINGTON, AIA has over thirty-eight years of architectural practice experience in a wide variety of project types including office, civic, multi-family residential and commercial interiors projects. He started Herrington Architecture in Myrtle Beach in 1995 specializing in civic, commercial office and residential design projects. Honors and awards include distinguished service award from the South Carolina American Institute of Architects Grand Strand Section, a Housing and Urban Development award for the reuse of a historic building, and merit award for design of the Myrtle Beach Police Department Annex Training Facility. Phillip also served a thirteen-year term as planning commissioner on the Myrtle Beach Planning Commission. He holds active Architectural registrations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida and is an NCARB certificate holder.
